BrushPass Terms

Effective May 22, 2026. These terms are a product-ready draft for private beta and should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

Agreement

These Terms govern access to BrushPass, a product by Primeta AI, Inc. By creating an account, using the service, or authorizing someone to use the service on your behalf, you agree to these Terms.

Service

BrushPass provides organization accounts, task templates, ephemeral Linux workspaces, candidate portals, AI proxy controls, telemetry, file snapshots, review timelines, verification checks, and related artifacts for agent-native engineering work sessions.

Accounts And Organizations

You are responsible for your organization account, authorized users, access controls, candidate invitations, billing configuration, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.

Candidate Sessions

Customers are responsible for designing lawful assessments, obtaining any required candidate notice or consent, choosing tasks, setting session lengths, and reviewing outputs. BrushPass records workspace activity for review and audit.

Customer Content

Customer Content includes task instructions, seeded repositories, uploaded or generated code, terminal events, AI prompts and responses, file metadata, diffs, README or handoff content, verification results, and review notes. You retain ownership of Customer Content and grant BrushPass the rights needed to host, process, secure, display, and operate the service.

AI Provider Access

BrushPass may route AI traffic through proxy controls using provider keys supplied by your organization. You are responsible for your provider account, provider terms, model selection, budget limits, and costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Usage And Billing

Platform access may be billed as a recurring subscription. Workspace runtime, storage, network usage, larger instance sizes, and related infrastructure may be billed as metered usage. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

Acceptable Use

You must follow the BrushPass Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use BrushPass to attack third-party systems, mine cryptocurrency, process illegal content, evade monitoring, spam, abuse AI providers, or expose secrets you are not authorized to use.

Workspace Teardown

Workspaces are disposable and may be automatically destroyed when sessions expire, fail, violate policy, or are manually terminated. Customers should not rely on candidate workspaces as durable storage.

Third-Party Services

BrushPass may integrate with infrastructure providers, AI providers, email providers, payment processors, source control platforms, analytics, and security services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

Beta Features

Private beta features may change, break, be rate-limited, or be discontinued. BrushPass may modify product behavior as needed to improve reliability, safety, and security.

Suspension

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is unsafe, unpaid, compromised, violating policy, creating operational risk, or likely to harm BrushPass, customers, candidates, providers, or third parties.

Disclaimers And Liability

The service is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. BrushPass does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate performance, uninterrupted availability, or that telemetry will capture every event. Liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service during the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limitation.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service, email, or the public site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
